Purchased my 6th Dell Memorial Sale. Loyal customer. My money was taken immediately, and I was supposed to get the pc 6/1. Looked online, and it wasn't submitted. Customer service said it was a billing issue and they were "working on it." Come today, 6/4/2021, now I'm told the item is out of stock. My 635. and some change bill was going to be upselled to over 720 because your company ran out of stock. Michael Dell can eat the difference. What's that to him. Bad Business. Shame on you.
Worst experience with the product, i bought 60k laptop and within few months technical issues arises. The service is very bad and disappointing. Also they do not give fresh warranty for replaced part and just add to the left warranty period for the previous one. Also they do not add the lost time during the service course. Nothing good to say about it.
